On Saturday, Emily had a Jason & the Argonauts\/Clash of the Titans\/7th Voyage of Sinbad toga party, where we ate until bursting:<\/p>\n

Hummus w\/baked pita chips\nGrilled leg of lamb with garlic, rosemary, and mustard\nGrilled chicken, red onion and mint kebabs\nRoasted potatoes w\/garlic, lemon, and oregano\nOrzo w\/feta and cherry tomatoes\nGrilled artichokes w\/garlic aioli\nWalnut and almond cake w\/orange syrup and whipped cream<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The lamb was particularly delicious. It clearly never got to caper or gambool a single day of its life, before it took on its job–being stuffed with garlic to ward off vampires. (“Melissa! Sensible bites!”)<\/p>\n

And then drank and drank and drank and drank. If you saw how poorly Clash of the Titans stands the test of time (P.S. The gods are total dickbags), you’d need a drink or seven, too.<\/p>\n

Boolia made the mistake of leaving her scarf behind, and around hour nine of the party, things started to get silly.<\/p>\n

Mellzah: “if u do n0t g1v3 me 3oo doll@r$ in unmarked billz your scarf getz it”\nBoolia: “Are your chesticles going to smother the scarf? Do your worst. I don’t negotiate with terrorists.”\nMellzah: “How do you feel about underboob sweat?”\nBoolia: “You’re a monster!”\nMellzah: “…A sweaty monster.”<\/p>\n

Mellzah: “Hercules cannot resist a woman of the firm thighs and supple breast.”\nBoolia: “Oh well, duh. Nor can I. I am currently washing blood off a sexy man who thought he was hercules and tried to punch out a car window. Kinda wish I was at your supple breast party.”<\/p>\n
